Juno uses simple, modular pricing. Solo clinicians and small practices can subscribe to one or more flat-rate plans—Insurance Credentialing, Eligibility & Automated Notes, and Insurance Billing & Claims—or bundle everything into the Complete Practice Plan for $299/mo. Larger group practices can get custom per-provider or per-transaction pricing.
Yes. You can add or remove services at any time, and we'll prorate your billing so you only pay for what you use. If you start with Eligibility & Automated Notes and later decide you're ready for Insurance Billing, it's just a quick change to your plan.
Buying services separately costs a $199 upfront fee plus $308/mo ($59 + $249). The Complete Practice Plan is $299/mo, and we discount your credentialing setup fee by 30% (saving you $60 immediately). By bundling, you pay less upfront and lower your monthly bill.
For our monthly Intake and Billing services, there are no setup fees. For Insurance Credentialing, we charge a one-time fee to cover the initial application work. If you choose the Complete Practice Plan, this fee is discounted by 30% (from $199 down to ~$139).
Yes. For our monthly subscriptions (Intake and Billing), you have a 30-day free cancellation period to try the services risk-free. Note: The one-time fee for Insurance Credentialing is non-refundable. This fee covers the immediate, labor-intensive work of preparing and submitting your applications to payers, which begins the moment you sign up.
Yes. You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing month, and we'll make sure you have what you need to wrap up cleanly.
No. We don't charge extra for storage, "premium" support, or per-claim fees. The price you see is the price you pay—no percentage of collections, no surprise add-ons.
